Hi everyone, I'm Bart. I'm a full-time Realtor with an entrepreneurial background and a strong passion for the Tennessee Volunteers. Go Vols!  Having grown up in SW Virginia, I spent 17 years living on the Outer Banks of North Carolina running a successful business and surfing as often as possible. But the mountains and lake were calling so my wife and I returned to the Smith Mountain Lake/Roanoke Valley area in 2013.

I have always had a love for real estate; finding the right property for someone is not a job, it’s a joy! I know the importance of understanding the variety of people's needs, keeping focus on the desired outcome and tailoring the experience for my clients. In my free time, I enjoy boating on the lake, hiking beautiful mountain trails and spending time with my wonderful wife Sue and our sweet rescue pups George and Callie. It’s hard to imagine a better, more beautiful location to experience all the things we love together right at our fingertips. I’d be honored to share the love of this place with you!
